Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with the contracts team to ensure timely and accurate recording of all contracts throughout the various phases
- Scan, copy, and mail contracts and keep records as needed on the status of projects
- Maintain accurate electronic records of all contracts
- Research and retrieve archived documents
- Maintain confidentiality
- Send emails as needed to internal customers to follow up or acknowledge information that is needed
- Request COI's for new Clients and Maintain COI's for existing Clients
- Submit Monthly Hours for appropriate Clients
- Complete all Owner Client Specific Information - if applicable
- Make sure our grades with Clients are B's and above
- Get help from appropriate people as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer usage and above basic Microsoft Office & Windows skills required
- Experience with AS400 a plus
- Communication, planning, organizational skills via verbal, written, and electronic mediums
- Quality Control skills – accuracy and thoroughness
- Quantity – strong work ethic, able to multi-task and quickly shift priorities
