Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Aid with bookkeeping tasks
- Aid with payroll and other accounting-related duties
- Create and maintain engaging social media content
- Maintain organized files and office records
- Order office supplies and assist with general office operations
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate daily office activities and support team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative assistant experience helpful
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Social media, marketing experience is a plus
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
Pay
