Job Summary
Provides general administrative support duties for one or more management levels. This role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Services. This is a full time onsite front desk role at our Denver, CO location and is scheduled 5 days a week.
Key Job Duties
- Handles and schedules meetings
- Sorts and distributes mail
- Performs word processing and filing of correspondence
- Screens and directs external calls/internal communications
- Covers receipt and distribution of documents
- May coordinate executive travel schedules
- May also assist in specific support tasks for the department or functional area they serve such as budgeting, expense tracking, or special projects
Education Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience Requirements
At least 1 year of professional administrative assistant experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Foundational knowledge in managing and coordinating schedules
- Comprehensive knowledge of administrative assistance
- Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Starting Salary Range
$65,000 to $75,000 annually
