Responsibilities

  • Assemble legal and administrative documentation packages with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheet-based records to track key information, deadlines, and case-related data.
  • Enter and verify judgment-related information in internal records and supporting documents.
  • Perform wage and banking calculations while ensuring figures are properly documented and reviewed.
  • Use database searches and query tools to retrieve information and support administrative reporting needs.
  • Cook up calendars, schedule important dates, and help keep priorities organized for the team.
  • Prepare files and supporting materials for audits, ensuring documentation is accessible and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, office coordination, and front-desk or phone assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative assistant or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry tasks.
  • Able to manage detailed documentation with accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfortable handling phone coverage, receptionist-related duties, and general office support.
  • Experience organizing schedules, appointments, and calendar-based deadlines.
  • Solid numerical skills with the ability to complete basic banking or wage-related calculations.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
