About the role
Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a full-time contract opportunity with a mission-driven organization in the Pittsburgh area. This role will provide administrative and operational support to program and partner engagement teams during a temporary leave within leadership.
Responsibilities
- Cook up calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Schedule internal meetings, partner meetings, and site visits
- Assist with tracking schedules and supporting program monitoring activities
- Serve as a liaison for scheduling and communication between team members and external partners
- Gather, organize, and maintain data to support reporting and funding requirements
- Assist with compiling reports, tracking deliverables, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Prepare materials, maintain files, and provide general administrative support
- Support team operations and special projects as needed
