Administrative Assistant
About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports the Chief Revenue Officer and key senior personnel across the Commercial department. Responsibilities include partnering with the department head to enhance their effectiveness, managing calendars, email, and meetings, taking detailed notes, overseeing travel, and supporting department projects.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Effectively partner with department head to help maximize their daily effectiveness
- Demonstrate effective, dynamic, and mindful calendar management
- Prioritize and decide what meetings need to take place, when, for how long, with which attendees and with what prep materials
- Complete thorough notetaking in team meetings, including a summary of follow-up action items, and distribute notes to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain the strictest confidence with sensitive matters, including preparing and reviewing documentation when dealing with confidential information
- Oversee frequent travel arrangements for department head by completing itineraries, expense reports, and coordinating transportation and lodging as needed
- Collaborate with team managers to better understand and relieve bottlenecks across department
- Support and collaborate on planning of all-up events including All Hands, offsite strategic planning meetings, company events, and other activities as needed
- Support department projects of all sizes in coordination with the Commercial Business Operations team and ensure deadlines are being met
- Gather and prepare presentations for company-wide meetings as needed
- Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants within the organization to provide comprehensive executive support
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of corporate working experience or 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
This position is non-exempt and paid a salary of $60,000-$75,000 with a target annual bonus percentage of 5%
Working Conditions
The role is expected to be in the office 5 days a week. The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an ongoing basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
