Job Description

Act as a point of contact for staff regarding basic internal IT troubleshooting and hardware setup
Assist users with routine technical issues such as login access, screen display problems, and peripheral connectivity
Coordinate with outsourced IT firm to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges
Manage the electronic filing process for paperwork, ensuring all systems are updated and accurate
Assemble and prepare paperwork for mailing or client pickup
Utilize the secure client portal system to ensure all paperwork is delivered and signed promptly
Provide front-office support during peak times, maintaining a professional and welcoming presence for all visitors
Communicate effectively with clients and maintain a high standard of professional service
Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects to support the team during high-volume periods

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional computer literacy with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and support office hardware
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
