This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build valuable experience within a growing home-improvement company. You do not need to have experience in every part of this role—we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy helping people. The core focus of this position is providing consistent administrative and office support. You will be a welcoming presence in our office, assist with organization and communication, and help support important administrative needs across departments. You will also gain exposure to HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, and special projects. Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly Qualifications What We’re Looking ForThe right person will be organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable helping a variety of people throughout the day. Responsibilities What You’ll DoServe as a friendly, professional first point of contact for employees, candidates, visitors, customers, and vendorsAnswer and direct incoming calls, receive deliveries, manage mail, and help maintain a welcoming front officeKeep office supplies, shared spaces, files, and administrative processes organizedSupport scheduling, meetings, calendars, communications, and document preparationAssist with new-hire onboarding, employee paperwork, employee-file maintenance, and other HR administrative tasksHelp coordinate recruiting activities, candidate communication, and interview schedulingAssist managers and departments with administrative needs, reports, spreadsheets, and follow-up itemsMaintain accurate information in company systems and handle confidential information appropriatelySupport special projects that improve organization, communication, and efficiency across the officeLearn company processes and take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow
