About the role
As an Administrative Assistant at Christensen Group Insurance, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of the organization by performing tasks such as answering phone calls, distributing incoming mail, and supporting the team by scanning and filing insurance documents.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls that come into our main line
- Use systems to look up customers and transfer calls
- Greet visitors
- Distribute incoming mail, email, and faxes
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including packages
- Assist in scheduling conference rooms as needed
- Support the team by scanning policies, downloading documents, and uploading documents into agency system
- Ordering and stocking office supplies for home office and assist other offices as needed
- Assist in ordering lunches
- Partner with vendors on office equipment and supplies
- Keep front reception space, kitchens, and conference rooms tidy
- Aids in building communication to other tenants as needed
- Aid in projects as determined
Requirements
Full-time position available in Monticello.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in administrative support preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using various office software applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
