About the role
Mirabella Seattle is located in South Lake Union, Seattle's vibrant downtown area. As a Life Plan Community, residents enjoy access to a wide range of amenities including dining, healthcare services, and cultural attractions.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance, organization, and support for the administration of the department, co-workers, and residents by facilitating the exchange of information between departments.
- Ensure continuity and timeliness by ensuring information is exchanged promptly.
- Exude a warm and inviting demeanor by being outgoing and friendly with anyone who comes to the community.
- Aid and direct residents, employees, and guests by providing information, coordinating transportation, supporting move-ins/admissions, and ensuring their needs are addressed.
- Support the department by managing calendars, expense reports, filing systems, database entry, meeting preparation/notes, and office supply/equipment coordination.
- Prepare communications and publications such as resident birthday cards, newsletters, letters, phone lists, bulletin boards, and reports to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Engage with community by assisting with marketing events, open houses, sales inquiries, and Foundation activities such as tracking, receipting, and fundraising.
- Facilitate projects and special initiatives by collaborating across departments, maintaining records, and ensuring deadlines and resident service standards are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clerical office work, customer service, or a related field.

Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and other relevant business applications/software.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant business applications/software.
