About the role
Finish Tech Corp. is an established manufacturing company located in Warminster, PA (Bucks County). The ideal candidate will be working with the CEO, sales, and operations departments. This position requires flexibility, excellent organization, and the ability to learn multiple functions within our company. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage a running list of projects, priorities, and calendar items
- Maintain the CEO’s email accounts, contacts, and online profiles
- Format, prepare, edit information and correspondence for internal and external communication such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
- Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders and inquiries
- Create quotes and enter sales orders
- Shipping Transportation and Logistics via UPS and freight carriers including quoting, preparing shipping paperwork, filing claims, and generating reports
- Aid with accounts receivable such as entering payment receipts and following up on past due invoices
- Update and maintain Sage CRM and Sage 100 ERP
- Answer phones and emails, file, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (computer skills will be tested during the interview process)
- Knowledge of CRM such as Sage CRM is beneficial
- Must be detail-oriented and accurate with work
