Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic and reliable administrative support to managers and employees to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations.
- Organize and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, communications, and materials with attention to detail and excellence.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and well-structured.
- Serve as a respectful, helpful point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing individuals to the appropriate personnel and providing clear information as needed.
- Monitor office supply inventory, anticipate needs, and ensure timely ordering to support uninterrupted operations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A bachelor's degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or a similar position in a healthcare setting required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a respectful and team-oriented approach.

Pay
Hourly Range: $36-$38/hr (ALL INCLUSIVE)
Schedule
4-5 Days a Week, Working Some Weekends
