LifeShare Network is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma City. This full-time, in-office position provides essential day-to-day support across the organization, including direct support to leaders, employees, office operations, mail processing, meetings, and reception coverage. Regular and reliable attendance is critical to the successful performance of the position.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership, executive assistants, and other team members.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with calendars, meetings, conference rooms, office events, and related scheduling needs.
- Maintain office equipment and assist employees with postage meters, copiers, printers, and other office tools.
- Establish and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Coordinate organizational mailings, including folding, stuffing, labeling, posting, and maintaining mailing lists.
- Proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, formatting, consistency, and accuracy.
- Provide reception and front-desk coverage.
- Assist with clerical and administrative projects for departments throughout the organization.
- Monitor assigned responsibilities and follow through on tasks without the need for repeated reminders.
- Respond professionally and promptly to requests from internal and external customers.
- Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants to ensure continuous office support and coverage.
Requirements
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly organized individual who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Minimum of two years of administrative assistant or related office experience.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated accuracy in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and professional composition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Mail Merge.
- Ability to prepare professional letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and administrative processes.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to identify and complete necessary work without continuous supervision.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
- Accountable for completing assignments accurately and on time.
- Detail-oriented and task-focused.
- Able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative administrative team.

Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Oklahoma City. The successful candidate must be available and present during established working hours and able to provide dependable coverage based on organizational needs. Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
