Primary Duties

  • Drafting correspondence
  • Receiving visitors
  • Arranging conference calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents
  • Schedule travel and reconcile expenses
  • Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
  • Train and supervise other lower-level clerical staff

Requirements

  • Strong customer relations, analytics, documentation skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work within a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and meet competing, deliverable deadlines
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear status and/or communicate issues
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technology
  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an administrative support role, desired
