About the Role

This role supports the LS Director and department leadership with a variety of technical and administrative duties, allowing them to focus on furthering the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Executive Assistant for the LS Director, handling technical and administrative tasks to relieve the Director and other leadership.
- Prepare and draft correspondence on behalf of the Director, including confidential materials.
- Manage the Director’s calendar and email, scheduling meetings, organizing and prioritizing inboxes, and keeping the Director informed.
- Make travel arrangements for the Director, including booking airfare, lodging, ground transportation, visas, insurance, and cash advances for domestic and international trips.
- Administer department Google groups, drives, and calendars by updating members, organizing files, managing tools, scheduling meetings/events, and assisting staff with tool usage.
- Administer department staffing records and processes, including organizational charts, staffing lists, hiring, transfers, and exit processes in collaboration with HR.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, retreats, conferences, and department events, including planning, scheduling, reserving rooms, and arranging catering.
- Participate in meetings and committees as needed, updating agendas, preparing materials, taking notes, managing recordings, and distributing information to staff.
Requirements
- 2-year Associate Degree in Business or Administration preferred (not required), or experience in administrative work, non-profit/ministry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Pay
$18.75/hour minimum.
Schedule
Full-time, hybrid role based in Orlando, FL. A combination of 3 days in the Orlando office and 2 days of remote work.
