About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping people organized and operations running smoothly. You'll partner with leaders across the business to coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, recruiting activities, office operations, and employee events while serving as a trusted resource for employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and recruiting activities
  • Support office operations and employee events
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and discretion
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as vendors, customers, and external partners
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Three (3) or more years of administrative, or office experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • US Person
