Job Responsibilities

  • Type test reports using Microsoft Word.
  • Communicate with internal employees and external clients via email and phone.
  • Provide general office support for items such as printing, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients.

Qualifications

  • A High School diploma.
  • Administrative Assistant experience or related field preferred.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

About the Role

Industrial Inspection & Analysis is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team at our lab in St. Louis for immediate employment.

Pay

Starting pay for this position is $19/hr.
