Administrative Assistant
About the Role
This is an opportunity to support the leadership of one of Humana's largest technology organizations and contribute to initiatives that are modernizing healthcare technology, advancing AI-driven capabilities, and improving experiences for millions of members and providers. You will support the SVP, CIO of Insurance Technology, helping manage the day-to-day executive support needs of a large and complex organization of approximately 3,500-4,000 associates and partners. Insurance Technology delivers the technology capabilities that support Humana's Medicare, Medicaid, and Specialty businesses and is executing a multi-year transformation focused on modernizing core platforms, advancing AI capabilities, improving provider and consumer experiences, strengthening clinical intelligence, and simplifying technology operations.
Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management across senior leaders and stakeholders
- Executive travel planning, meeting logistics, and event coordination
- Leadership team meetings, offsites, town halls, and organizational events
- Executive presentations, communications, and meeting materials
- Expense management and administrative processes
- Day-to-day support for a technology organization leading major modernization, AI, clinical, provider, and operational transformation initiatives

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders in a large, complex organization or Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, executive meetings, and administrative priorities
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Located in the Nashville area and able to work in-office regularly 8-5
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Vice President, Senior Vice President, or executive-level leaders
- Experience in technology, healthcare, insurance, or large corporate environments
- Experience preparing executive presentations and communications
- Experience coordinating leadership meetings, offsites, and large events
Pay
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$53,100 - $72,500 per year
