About the role

The Administrative Assistant will support the leadership team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team
  • Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are confirmed and reminders are sent
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with organizing and preparing documents for meetings and presentations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel

Qualifications

  • Experience using AI tools for administrative support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is helpful
