About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the leadership team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Manage calendars and ensure all appointments are confirmed and reminders are sent
- Maintain office supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Assist with organizing and preparing documents for meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel
Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools for administrative support is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is helpful
