Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities needs
- Cook up meetings, office events, and team activities
- Provide administrative support to office leadership and department managers
- Aid in new employee onboarding and office coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and corporate departments
- Pivot with HR, Accounting, Billing, and Marketing to support office needs
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and office processes
Requirements
- Required: 3+ years of administrative, office management, or office coordination experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Preferred
- Experience in engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services environments
- Experience with project setup, billing support, CRM, or accounting systems
- Experience supporting multiple managers or a mid-sized office
