We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - About the role: description: Genesis10 is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This role will require 4-5 days onsite and is a 6-month contract opportunity which may have the potential to extend or convert. Pay rate $40/hr W2. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an Emerging Markets team. This role is a hybrid between associate and administrative work, requiring proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, flexible, and detail-oriented while supporting several individuals with busy schedules and varied styles within a close-knit team. - Responsibilities: list of duties (multiple bullet points). We need
  • for each. - Requirements: list (5 years experience, ability to multitask, proactive personality, clear communication, Bachelor's degree, strong experience in MS Office, strong experience in expense processing and travel booking systems, comfort with international travel logistics, familiarity with multi-currency handling a plus). Also "Desired skills: French language skills". That could be under Skills or Requirements? We'll treat as Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits from Genesis10: Access to hundreds of clients..., opportunity to have a career-home..., Access to an experienced caring recruiting team..., Behavioral Health Platform, Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Voluntary Hospital Indemnity (Critical Illness & Accident), Voluntary Term Life Insurance, 401K, Sick Pay (for applicable states/municipalities), Commuter Benefits (Dallas, NYC, SF, and Illinois). Also mention recognition etc but that's boilerplate? Might be considered not specific benefit; but we can include as part of Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The benefits list is specific. So include Benefits. - Pay: Pay rate $40/hr W2. That's specific. So include Pay. - Schedule: "This role will require 4-5 days onsite". Also maybe hybrid? It says 4-5 days onsite. That's schedule. So include Schedule. - Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements? The instruction says use headings for Qualifications if there is content. We have Requirements and maybe Qualifications overlapping. We could combine but better to separate: Requirements (experience, skills) and Qualifications (education, degree). However the posting includes "Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience" under Requirements. So we could treat that as Qualifications. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to allocate content: - About the role: prose paragraph(s) covering the initial description. - Responsibilities: list items. - Requirements: list items: 5 years experience, ability to multitask and prioritize while exhibiting strong judgment and professionalism, proactive personality with excellent anticipation and problem-solving skills, clear direct precise communication both written and verbal, strong experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), strong experience in expense processing and travel booking systems (Concur preferred), comfort with international travel logistics and time zone coordination; familiarity with multi-currency handling a plus. - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Possibly also "Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position." That's more a condition; maybe we could put under Requirements? But it's a condition. Could be part of Requirements but it's not a qualification. However we can include as a note in Requirements or maybe as a separate line but not a heading. Since we need to avoid filler, we can include it as a

under Requirements or maybe under About the role? It's a condition for consideration. I'd put it as a

under Requirements after the list? But we said Requirements uses

    • . Could add a

after list. That's okay. - Skills: French language skills (desired). Also maybe "proactive, dynamic, flexible, detail-oriented" but those are traits already covered. We'll list French language skills. - Benefits: list as above. - Pay:

      Pay rate $40/hr W2.

      - Schedule:

This role requires 4-5 days onsite (hybrid).

Actually posting says "This role will require 4-5 days onsite". It doesn't mention hybrid explicitly but earlier says "This role will require 4-5 days onsite and is a 6-month contract opportunity". So schedule: 4-5 days onsite. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Ranked a Top Staffing Firm..." etc? That's boilerplate about Genesis10 but could be considered part of Benefits? It's more marketing. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Ranked a Top Staffing Firm..." is not EEO but could be considered boilerplate marketing. However it's not a benefit per se; it's just generic description. Might be considered filler. Safer to omit. Also "For multiple years running, Genesis10 has been recognized as a Top Staffing Firm..." etc. That's also boilerplate. Remove. Also "If this is a perm-placement opportunity, our recruiter can talk you through the unique benefits offered for that particular client." That's not specific; remove. Also "To learn more and to view all our available career opportunities, please visit us at our website." Remove. Also "Genesis10 is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." Remove. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

      Pay

      Pay rate $40/hr W2

      Schedule

This role requires 4-5 days onsite

Check for any duplicated content: Pay appears also in About the role; we have Pay section separate. That's okay; we keep both but not duplicate? The About the role includes Pay rate $40/hr W2. The Pay section repeats same. Might be considered duplication but we need to preserve ALL substantive information; not removing it could be duplication but it's same info. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading ... Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid repeating same info in different sections. However we should avoid unnecessary duplication. Could we remove Pay from About the role? The About the role currently includes that sentence; if we remove it, we lose that info from About the role but we have Pay section. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove the pay sentence from About the role, we still have it in Pay section, so not lost. So we can drop it from About the role to avoid duplication. Let's edit About the role paragraph to exclude the pay sentence. Thus About the role paragraph: "Genesis10 is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This role will require 4-5 days onsite and is a 6-month contract opportunity which may have the potential to extend or convert. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support an Emerging Markets team. This role is a hybrid between associate and administrative work, requiring proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
