About the role

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is a home service provider in Hobart with over 50 years of experience. The company serves the community with a focus on customer satisfaction and responsive service, operating 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and internal communications
  • Provide real-time support to field technicians and service teams
  • Schedule, update, and manage service tickets in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate with customers regarding appointments, updates, and service inquiries
  • Cookordinate between customers and field employees to ensure timely service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Aid with general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking in real time
  • Strong written communication skills (email and messaging)
  • Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Experience in a service-based or HVAC/plumbing/electrical environment
