Focus People is seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Executive Assistant to support a senior leadership team within an organization in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership and departmental staff
- Manage calendars, deadlines, contact lists, and outreach activities
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other business documents
- Research, investigate, and resolve administrative or program-related issues
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional customer service and support
- Maintain files, records, databases, and reference materials
- Perform data entry and ensure information accuracy across multiple systems
- Coordinate and support meetings, projects, and special initiatives
- Track, process, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Order and monitor office supplies, equipment, and services
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative functions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Associate degree and at least 1 year of related administrative experience, OR 3 years of related administrative support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or secretarial experience
- Experience supporting senior-level management or executive leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with databases and document tracking systems
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Onsite)
Fridays: Remote
