About the role
EVstudio is looking for a highly adaptable Administrative Assistant to support our growing, multi-disciplinary team. This role is intentionally broad and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and takes initiative to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members across disciplines
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling logistics
- Support internal and external communications (email, phone, Teams, etc.)
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and organization
- Maintain files, records, and internal systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and occasional event support
- Assist with office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and general organization
- Support onboarding and other basic HR-related tasks as needed
- Contribute to special projects and provide support across architecture, engineering, and administrative teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase overall team efficiency
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
- Experience supporting multiple teams or stakeholders
- Exposure to AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry is a plus
- Familiarity with project coordination, recruiting support, or basic accounting tasks is also a plus, but not required
Pay
We are targeting a base salary of $45,000 to $60,000, but this is determined by several factors including education, experience, and familiarity with the Denver metro area.
