This position maintains a professional atmosphere at the Lindon Fulfillment Center Reception desk to serve Employees, Wellness Advocates, Vendors, and Visitors.
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership at LFC, including Director, Senior Director, VP, and Executive VP as needed.
- Greet employees, consultants, and other visitors, directing them to respective meetings, areas, or people.
- Prepare meeting minutes, notes, and internal support materials.
- Coordinate between departments and operating units to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide knowledgeable information about the company to visitors.
- Schedule conference rooms and facilitate group meetings.
- Schedule and manage tours and tour requests.
- Manage visitor WiFi for guests and groups.
- Pick up paychecks and coordinate their distribution with security.
- Manage LFC mail.
- Coordinate with corporate HR on events, passes, and other items as needed.
- Facilitate LFC culture through managing and planning the community outreach program, LFC fun committee, monthly EOM announcements, and the monthly birthday treat.
- Manage the ordering and stocking of supplies, treat cupboard, breakroom, and office supplies.
- Order items needed to support LFC and each department, ensuring purchases are coded to the proper cost center and GL.
- Manage and organize the employee of the month and employee of the quarter programs.
- Manage department expense reporting and assist with budget reconciliation.
- Assist in the Estore and mail room as needed.
- Schedule and facilitate monthly Global Logistics, doTERRA One, and other meetings.
- Coordinate with legal to ensure contracts are saved and managed in Agiloft and SharePoint.
- Perform all other responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Passionate about doTERRA and knowledgeable about the company culture.
- Trained in customer service.
- Positive, happy attitude toward people and the public.
- Able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Displays integrity in all aspects of job performance, including upholding all company policies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
