Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree or post-secondary coursework in an administrative or clerical field preferred
Requirments
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to obtain required clearances - Child Abuse Clearances, Criminal History
- Experience & Skills
- Prior administrative or clerical experience required
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environment
- Experience maintaining and organizing records, files, and documentation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Experience supporting office staff and leadership with administrative tasks
- Experience with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and/or support with billing and fiscal tracking is preferred
