About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator. This role involves reviewing and processing sales contracts and amendments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, and maintaining contract information in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to effectively communicate across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and process sales contracts and amendments.
- Ensure contracts are legible, complete, and aligned with approvals.
- Route contracts for signature based on pre-determined authority tiers.
- Summarize and log contract information into the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate electronic files, notes, and data.
- Perform ongoing CRM and log maintenance for accurate reporting.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and track contract statuses using CRM data.
- Support internal auditing and monitoring efforts.
- Analyze and resolve contract and pricing discrepancies.
- Research equipment shipments, price loads, and contract renewals.
- Respond to requests for pricing and contract eligibility.
- Collaborate with contract administrators, pricing analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in contracting and pricing policy meetings.
- Develop and update departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understand business structure, processes, and policies.
- Perform closing activities as needed.
- Meet deadlines and update clients on status.
- Exhibit professional behavior with internal and external associates.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Be aware of quality consequences from improper job performance.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
Required Skills
- Minimum intermediate experience with MS Word and Excel.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial sales contracting and pricing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer service attitude and good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Self-starter and multi-tasker.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, dynamic team environment.
- Previous CRM or database experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or sales industry preferred.
