Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting the leadership team in the community, specifically the Business Office, Human Resources, Resident Wellness/transition departments with functions such as communication with residents, families, and employees, resident billing, employee onboarding, employee Compliance, and various Administrative duties as assigned by the leadership team. This role also supports the front desk concierge team and works with multiple leaders to ensure the overall service excellence of the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Business Office Director with administrative responsibilities.
- Assist Human Resources Director with administrative responsibilities
- Assist Resident Lifestyle Director with administrative responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director with administrative responsibilities
- Aid in residents’ contract documentation and filing.
- Aid in staffing the concierge desk.
- Regular support with filing and data entry.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory of stock.
- Aid in managing all resident and employee files.
- Maintain all pet records for the community and ensure they are compliant with all state requirements.
- Aid in month-end resident statement distribution.
- Participate in all Administrative and Operational projects
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Strong experience in senior living, adaptable to changing priorities, and a determination to provide excellent service to Residents and Staff. Substitutes for Senior living experience can include Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, and Healthcare Administrative experience. Candidate should want to learn more about Senior living and grow with a community that is expanding its services and care in the near future!
