About the role

Cenovus Energy is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the U.S. Legal Department at our Dublin, OH office. The role will assist 6-7 attorneys, 2 paralegals, and a government relations leader.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting correspondence and emails
  • Scanning documents
  • Printing documents and spreadsheets
  • Photocopying
  • Filing and maintaining file lists
  • Preparing and updating binders
  • Booking travel and preparing expense reports
  • Organizing attendance at seminars and conferences
  • Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Editing documents
  • Reviewing files to be closed
  • Making reservations
  • Scanning/faxing
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets & Word documents

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with specialized knowledge of job or industry-specific practices (highly preferred)
  • Word processing and Excel experience required

Qualifications
