Administrative Assistant
About the role
Serve as the front desk point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring interactions are handled with friendliness and professionalism.
Promptly anticipate office needs and take the initiative to address them to ensure office and workspaces are always presentable and ready for our employees and clients.
Efficiently execute daily office duties. These include but are not limited to handling mail and packages, managing employee building access and parking, overseeing employee hoteling, etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the office is always organized, well-stocked, and running efficiently
- Quickly identify and resolve administrative issues, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations as needed
- Aid with business practices with administrative matters. Duties include but are not limited to preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, and professional membership enrollment
- Serve as point of contact for all facilities vendors
- Execute other office and administrative duties as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-3 years of office or professional work experience
- Intermediate or higher levels of experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe PDF
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work and interact with members of the executive leadership team

Benefits
Salary Range: $45K-$55K
Final compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, security clearance level, certifications, and other factors permitted by applicable law.
Pay
Salary ranges listed reflect the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Schedule
100% onsite with free onsite parking and a couple blocks from the nearest Metro station.
