Administrative Assistant
What You Will Do
- Aid in data entry for proposals, projects, and change orders.
- Offer administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Organize and facilitate weekly Department scheduling meetings.
- Assist with Professional Engineer Licensure and Continuing Education Requirements.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Cook up and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Two or more years of prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant, or a relevant role.
- Prior project accounting experience is a plus.

Schedule
The position is based in one of the following Tennessee offices: Chattanooga, Knoxville, or Nashville. The Administrative Assistant will sit in-person at the chosen office location.
