Job Responsibilities
- Captures and organizes office management activities for designated administrator(s).
- Uses various computer software and applications to generate reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Researches, compiles, and prepares confidential documents from multiple data sources to meet financial, legal, and administrative requirements.
- Responds to calls and inquiries to provide information, resolve issues, and refer to appropriate staff members.
- Attends meetings and coordinates materials distribution to support meeting needs.
Minimum Required Experience
- 4 years secretarial experience.

Minimum Required Special Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of computer proficiency with different office applications.
- 60 WPM typing speed.
