Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Enter data into the company’s database
- Manage documents and files
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and internet navigation
