Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
- Cook operational activities to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor and customer inquiries.
- Track and maintain accurate records within company systems and ERP platforms.
- Support process improvements and help streamline operational procedures.
- Aid with Accounts Receivable and collections activities as needed (less than 5% of the role).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer and vendor needs are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related operations is considered.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Ability and willingness to learn and utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
