Responsibilities

  • Support the foreman with invoice coding, tracking, and processing
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and invoicing activities
  • Use Excel and MS Office tools to organize data, track progress, and support reporting
  • Cook up and communicate with contractors and field personnel
  • Afford general administrative tasks and documentation
  • Ensure timely follow-up and organization of tasks and priorities

Requirements

  • MS excel experience required
  • MS office suite experience
  • Invoicing/coding experience a plus
  • Will be supporting the foreman with all of his invoices, etc
  • Ability to support foreman by coding, tracking and processing invoices
  • Willing to learn and good communication skills as they will be coordinating with the contractors and other foreman out in the field
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
