Pay
$20.00–$24.00 per hour. The actual salary offered within the range depends on factors including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, level offered, and performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Arrange meetings and events, including catering, hotel accommodations, flights, and conference rooms
- Accurately take, transcribe, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Review, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Order supplies and process/approve invoices in the software system
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, and common office areas to ensure a professional appearance
- Serve as the main point of contact for all external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee routine and emergency building repairs, maintenance tasks, and facility upgrades
- Facilitate mandatory building inspections, safety checks, and compliance walkthroughs with vendors; meet vendors on-site, grant secure access to buildings or specific areas, and monitor work progress (may require travel to other branches)
- Track vendor service logs, update maintenance records, and process vendor invoices for approval
- Assist with employee recognition activities and company events
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role
- Associate’s degree preferred, or high school diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
