Responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare reports and documents as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate travel arrangements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
