Who We’re Searching For
- High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of office experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor and composure
- Knowledge of ABA or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual preferred: Spanish or Chinese
Day-to-Day Impact
- Serve as the first point of contact: answer calls, manage messages, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office
- Manage client records, schedules, and documentation
- Support administrative and clinical teams with training, meetings, audits, and office supplies
- Ensure staff compliance with certifications, credentials, and company policies
- Track and maintain key data, schedules, and spreadsheets
