Administrative Assistant $26/HR - Bilingual Spanish
About the role
This position is a 3 month contract covering for a leave, possible chance for extension opportunity to work for one of the largest consulting/government affairs firms in New York. The role is based in NYC, NY (in office only) from Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the calendar and meetings for the NYC team.
- Map out travel, client and new business meetings far into the future to best leverage the NYC team’s time.
- Interact with stakeholders in relation to scheduling, planning and staffing of meetings, client lobby days, and gatherings, as appropriate.
- Ensure coordination between multiple principals and offices.
- Draft correspondence, answer phones, coordinate mailing and handle inquiries and requests from internal and external sources.
- Provide logistical support for client meetings and lobby days, as well as internal team meetings.
- Cook up and assemble travel itineraries.
- Manage, maintain, and organize confidential materials including a filing system of electronic materials in an online database.
- Prepare and assemble reports, documents and other publications, as appropriate.
- May manage and implement special projects, as assigned.

- 2 years of administrative experience/reception experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Pay and Schedule
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
