About The Role
We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our office and field colleagues by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will be responsible for managing communication, scheduling, travel arrangements, and assisting with various projects and reports. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and positive workplace culture. Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of office management or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, or financial duties (preferred but not required)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to colleagues in the office and/or field.
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendar coordination.
- Make travel arrangements and organize company events or functions.
- Aid with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
- Prepare and analyze reports, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve processes.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Participate in the Recruit Awesome People program by promoting company culture and referring top talent.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
