Key Responsibilities
- Guide families through senior care options with warmth, clarity, and confidence — helping them understand what Oasis does and why it matters.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, advisors, facilities, and community partners, communicating our value at every touchpoint.
- Manage and triage incoming calls and correspondence, routing priority issues quickly and professionally.
- Support advisors with scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain and update our CRM with accurate, timely information.
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across multiple advisors and markets.

- You’re organized, articulate, and genuinely care about the people you’re helping.
- You know how to read a room (or a phone call), explain complex things simply, and leave every interaction with someone feeling heard and well-served.
- The ideal candidate brings:
- Comfort talking with families, case managers, discharge planners, or referral partners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills — clear, warm, and professional.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience in senior living or senior care is preferred.
