Responsibilities
- Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to emails in the shared business center inbox, ensuring timely completion of job requests and professional communication.
- Document Handling: Print guides, format proposals, prepare outbound mail and shipments, and manage other document-related requests.
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various office tasks including supply ordering, filing, and general support for internal teams.
Qualifications
- Highschool or GED required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with calendar management and office equipment
- Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
