About the role
The Administration Intern/Volunteer will provide essential clerical and office support, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and operations.
Responsibilities
- Scan, print, organize, and file documents
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers
- Aid with document preparation and meeting notes
- Support email and inbox management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Prepare for event check-ins
- Track training completion and administrative records
The Ideal Candidate
- Be a student or entry-level professional seeking administrative experience
- Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Be comfortable working in an office environment
- Be available for in-person work 10–30 hours per week
