About the role

The Administration Intern/Volunteer will provide essential clerical and office support, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Scan, print, organize, and file documents
  • Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers
  • Aid with document preparation and meeting notes
  • Support email and inbox management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare for event check-ins
  • Track training completion and administrative records

The Ideal Candidate

  • Be a student or entry-level professional seeking administrative experience
  • Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Be comfortable working in an office environment
  • Be available for in-person work 10–30 hours per week
