About the Role
The Operations Manager Intern/Volunteer will support FCCP’s daily operations by overseeing administrative systems, tracking intern workflows, and supporting organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and review intern work plans and schedules
- Lead individual and group check-ins with interns
- Track tasks, deadlines, and team progress
- Maintain organizational spreadsheets and files
- Track training completion and compliance
- Aid with administrative coordination and reporting
- Support financial operations
Requirements
- The Ideal Candidate:
- - Will be a graduate student or professional interested in nonprofit management
- - Will possess strong organizational and leadership skills
- - Will comfortably coordinate multiple tasks and teams
- - Will be available for in-person work 10–30 hours per week
