About the Role
The Administration Intern/Volunteer will provide essential clerical and office support, gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and operations.
Responsibilities
- Scan, print, organize, and file documents
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and trackers
- Affist with document preparation and meeting notes
- Sustain email and inbox management
- Affist with scheduling and calendar coordination
- Affist with event administration and check-in preparation
- Track training completion and administrative records
