Admin Training & Development ( Production Selector Trainer)

About the role

The Production Selector Trainer is responsible for training and developing production selectors within the ADUSA Distribution and ADUSA Transportation team. This role focuses on ensuring that production selectors are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for production selectors
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Assess and document the performance of production selectors to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
• Experience working in a distribution or transportation environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices
• Experience with training methodologies such as classroom instruction, e-learning, and hands-on training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Pay

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work as needed
