Admin Specialist - Business Division
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The Administrative Specialist Business Division provides administrative and operational support by preparing classroom materials, coordinating evaluations, and assisting with student services and inquiries. This role maintains and oversees records, schedules, travel, and reporting, while supporting faculty with day-to-day needs and technical assistance. Responsibilities also include assisting with budgets, processing timecards, and supporting new hire onboarding.
This is a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 1 day a week working from home after the training period.
