About the Role
The Administrative Patient Care Supervisor has authority, responsibility, and accountability for the administration of the entire hospital during 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, and holidays. This role requires a high degree of initiative and creativity to manage hospital operations while serving as a clinical resource for the nursing staff. The incumbent must demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to quality healthcare at Women & Infants Hospital of Rhode Island.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree required or proof of academic achievement toward a Bachelor’s degree.
- Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must maintain CPR certification.
- NRP and ACLS certification required within one year of hire date.
