RN Night Supervisor ($8,000 Sign-On)

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing staff
• Coincides patient care activities
• Triage and responds to changes in resident conditions
• Communicates with physicians and families as needed
• Maintains a calm, organized environment
• Handles emergencies
• Promotes a culture of respect, safety, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Nursing and Patient Care, with a resident-centered approach and strong clinical judgment
• Experience in Nursing Management, including supervising staff, delegating tasks, and supporting performance and development
• Solid foundation in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine principles relevant to acute changes in condition, emergency response, and coordination with providers
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
• Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently during night shifts, prioritize multiple demands, and remain calm under pressure
• Effective communication skills with residents, families, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership
• Basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, geriatric or dementia care training) are a plus
