Role Overview
Supports store management in administrative functions, ensuring a positive customer experience through engaging interactions and maintaining a clean, organized store.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates a welcoming environment and models outstanding customer service
- Maintains confidentiality and promotes honesty and integrity
- Affords assistance with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining associate files
- Performs cash office duties and supports scheduling, inventory, and expense monitoring
- Ensures proper staffing, communicates effectively with team, and prioritizes tasks
- Provides training and feedback to team members
- Adheres to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
- Supports store initiatives such as credit programs, shrink reduction, and safety
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Team-oriented with leadership experience in retail
- Minimum of 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends
Pay
The role offers a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
